Emergency Hours

The “Triage Traffic Light” system helps vet clinics, as well as pet owners, judge the priority of the issues. It is a visual tool that classifies patients based on the urgency of their needs.
PSA; the traffic light system is not a perfect tool. Every pet has its own individual needs that differ from others. Use it to ease your stress and worry when you notice medical problems with your pets. Listen below are a few examples for each light:

- Mild respiratory issues or coughing

Daily Acceptance of New Clients
We are a full-service veterinary clinic open 7 days a week for emergency cases. Our goal is to provide the best quality care for your pets. We have reached this by placing our patients first.
Our Accredits
Vet accreditations, such as AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) and CVO (College of Veterinarians of Ontario), are important because they demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest standards of care in the veterinary industry. These accreditations require regular evaluations and assessments to ensure that a clinic is meeting specific guidelines and best practices in areas such as patient care, pain management, and facility cleanliness.
