Meet Our Managers
Angie
Administrative Manager
Angie’s passion for customer service and animals led her to a fulfilling career in the veterinary field. She graduated from St. Lawrence College with a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism in 2009. Followed by working in casino marketing and retail management before finding her true calling in 2019. Angie loves learning new things every day from the staff to help her be the best mom she can be to her cat, Stella, and Husky, Kodi. She grew up in a house full of animal lovers and has always felt a deep love for her pets.
Holly
Client Care Director
Holly’s lifelong passion for animals led her to start her career in the animal field in 2009. After graduating from Algonquin College’s Veterinary Technician program in 2014, she spent several years working in the shelter environment. Though she briefly pursued a career in human health, Holly’s love for animals drew her back. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and going on outdoor adventures with her dog, Lola.
Olivia
Veterinary Care Director
Olivia’s journey into the animal care world began during her childhood living on a farm, sparking a deep love for all kinds of animals. After graduating from the Veterinary Technician program at Algonquin College, Olivia worked in a general practice clinic where she soon realized emergency medicine and surgery were what sparked her interest most. Initially drawn to orthopedic care, Olivia worked alongside Dr. Ammar as our head orthopedic technician.
As she moved into a management role, Olivia fostered a collaborative and efficient work environment, empowering each team member to excel. Beyond her professional pursuits, Olivia is involved in volunteer work with rescues, specializing in fostering medical or behavioural cases. Witnessing the triumphs of challenging cases, whether within the clinic or during her rescue efforts, is Olivia’s driving force in this field. The sight of animals thriving after receiving compassionate care fuels her dedication and passion. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys exploring nature and embarking on adventures with her dogs Parker and Prim.
